About this course
Web sites are fast becoming a telltale sign of successful businesses. As a result, Web Page Design has become a very lucrative business and is an area that is attracting many participants worldwide.

People who aim at entering this field normally come from one of two backgrounds. Some are programmers who design web pages, but have no artistic training and so, although efficient in operation, the site may not be visually appealing. Others are trained in the visual arts, but do not have the technical fortitude of programming, hence the production of an attractive site which under performs.

This programme carries participants through a rare balance of both art and science, exposing them to HTML scripting, client-side programming (using JavaScript) and graphic art to create web pages that are content-rich, efficient and stunning.

Upon completion, participants would qualify for the first set of World Organization of Webmasters (WOW) examinations.

The WOW is the world’s most recognized webmaster organization.

This course consists of 2 modules. The modules are as follows:

  • Introduction to Web Page Design using JavaScript & HTML
